Payments made to third-party matchmakers or individuals are separate and depend on your personal choices.
3. Are there any recurring or automatic payments?
No. Indian Matchmaking Service does not use automatic or recurring billing.
Our pricing is simple and transparent:
- £50 for one year access
- £100 for lifetime (unlimited) access
You are charged only once at the time of purchase. There are no automatic renewals or hidden fees.
4. Can I permanently delete my profile from the website?
Yes, absolutely.
You can request complete deletion of your profile at any time by:
- Using the Contact Us form
- Sending a request via WhatsApp or email
Once confirmed, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Can I keep my email address and mobile number private?
Yes. Your contact details are hidden by default.
They are shared only when you explicitly approve a request from another member. You remain in full control of your information.
6. How do I express interest in another profile?
- Click the Send Interest button on the profile
- The other member is notified
- Contact details are shared only if the interest is accepted
- Once both parties accept, contact information becomes visible
This ensures respectful and consent-based communication.
7. Do you offer video profiles or video introductions?
Currently, video profiles are not available.
However, we are actively working on introducing secure video profile and introduction features in the future.
8. Will I receive messages or notifications on WhatsApp?
Yes. With your consent, we may contact you via WhatsApp for:
- Profile verification updates
- Match notifications
- Account status updates
- Event-related information
